Spring Automation’s COVID-19 Response

To our customers, partners, and community,

As we have all observed, the developments and impact regarding COVID-19 have been fast-paced and ever-evolving.  Although our operations have not been impacted, we are actively following the situation and implementing new changes and guidelines to support a healthy work environment for our team.

To help us navigate through these times, we are funneling all decisions and actions through our company’s core values:

Balance: We are reducing all non-essential travel.  We are placing a heavy emphasis on making mindful decisions to accomplish our work in both a safe and effective manner.

Community: We are encouraging our team to perform “social distancing” to help “flatten the curve”.  We are asking our team members to follow CDC recommendations for both business interactions and travel.

Integrity: We are implementing a weekly status report that will be released to all active customers.  Our teams will maintain a high level of communication and transparency.  We are ready to support our customers and implement our projects to the best of our abilities.

Adaptability: Our team has moved to a “remote office environment”.  Company meetings and calls are held as normal via Microsoft Teams.  The team has also been given access to office equipment (monitors, docking stations, etc.) so that they feel both comfortable and effective from home.

Innovation: We are proud of our agile approach to engineering.  Our task management tools have been web and mobile based for several years.  This has allowed for a very seamless transition to our remote environment.  We are also investigating new ways to conduct quicker onsite commissioning while still maintaining our high level of quality.

Spring Automation will continue to provide quality services to both our direct customers and end-users.
