Spring Automation is hosting the 3rd Annual Spring Into Action Virtual 5K benefiting PENCIL, Tennessee. PENCIL's mission is to link community resources to Metro Nashville Public Schools to help young people achieve academic success and prepare for life.

PENCIL is a non-profit organization that builds strategic partnerships between community groups and the needs of Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS).

PENCIL is committed to meeting the needs of MNPS to ensure equitable access to education for all students. Since 1982, PENCIL has worked with private industry, city officials, and other nonprofits to achieve strategic goals for MNPS students through community partnerships. PENCIL addresses needs through a collective impact model that harnesses the time and talents of the business community and PENCIL Partners to offer invaluable access to mentoring, job shadows, and more. We are committed more than ever to see that all our students have access to these opportunities.

Spring Automation Annual Event

Spring Automation is proud to continue hosting Virtual 5K each year, where team members, family, and friends can support the community. Team members have walked, jogged, hiked, and biked at a location of their choice. Previously, we have donated to the Nashville Humane Society and The Humane Society of the US. Last year, we were able to aid flood survivors in Humphreys, Dickson, Houston, and Hickman county through The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. The Spring Into Action Virtual 5K also allows remote employees to get involved as we work together towards a cause.
