Our internship program provides practical, hands-on experience in a professional, team-oriented environment. While many of our internships support engineering and industrial automation, opportunities may also be available across other areas of our business.
Availability varies by department and business needs, but every internship is designed to help participants strengthen their technical abilities, communication skills, problem-solving approach, and professional confidence.

AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY
Explore Internship Opportunities
Internship assignments are based on current projects, departmental needs, and each candidate’s interests, education, and experience. Opportunities generally fall within two categories: Engineering and Business Operations.
PLC Programming
Learn to write, debug, and optimize PLC code for industrial applications using industry-standard platforms.
HMI & SCADA Design
Develop user interfaces and supervisory control systems that provide clear visualization and control of processes.
Electrical Design
Understand control panel layout, electrical schematics, and component selection for safe and reliable systems.Real-time visibility into your controls and systems with automated alerts and remote diagnostics capabilities.
Program Timeline
Our 12-week internship combines mentorship, practical assignments, hands-on learning, and collaboration across teams. Each intern’s experience may vary by department, but the program follows key milestones designed to support professional and skill development.
Welcome & Onboarding
Meet the team, learn about our business and services, tour the workplace, and get set up with the tools, systems, and resources needed for your role.
Project Planning & Team Integration
Work with your manager or mentor to define your responsibilities, establish goals, and begin contributing to practical projects alongside your department and cross-functional partners.
Hands-On Experience & Skill Development
Apply what you are learning through meaningful assignments, team collaboration, problem-solving, and regular feedback. Build both role-specific knowledge and transferable skills such as communication, organization, teamwork, and adaptability.
Final Presentation & Reflection
Prepare and present your work, key takeaways, and recommendations to team members and company leaders. Strengthen your presentation skills while demonstrating the impact of your internship experience. We hope our interns leave with the ability to experience growth, celebrate their accomplishments, and apply practical experience with greater confidence to their next academic or professional opportunity.

Depending on business needs, opportunities may be available in administration, finance, and information technology. Interns may assist with departmental initiatives, reporting, documentation, technology support, research, organization, and cross-functional projects.
These assignments help interns build valuable professional skills, including communication, organization, collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across departments.
