HALEY ATTRIDGE JOINS THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AT SPRING AUTOMATION
Spring Automation is pleased to announce the addition of Haley Attridge as Human Resources Business Partner.
Nashville, TN — Wednesday, August 7th, 2024 — Spring Automation is pleased to announce the addition of Haley Attridge as Human Resources Business Partner. A proud Nashville native, Haley brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our company. With a background in account management and data analytics, Haley transitioned into HR about eight years ago, starting at a Healthcare Analytics startup in downtown Nashville. Most recently, Haley served as the Senior HR Manager. She has played a pivotal role in growing teams and honing her skills in both small and large organizations. Haley was seeking a role where she could make a significant impact and contribute to creating structure. Spring Automation stood out for its growth mentality, the opportunity to connect with everyone in the company, and, of course, the presence of many office dogs!
As our Human Resources Business Partner, Haley will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with our employees and leadership. Her responsibilities will include managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Haley will be the go-to expert on internal HR policies and procedures, help build strong relationships, and contribute to an engaging work environment.
Outside of work, Haley is devoted to her three children and enjoys exploring new restaurants with her husband and hosting themed parties when they have the chance. Describing herself as outgoing, persistent, and adaptable, Haley views HR as an “internal customer service” role where her clients are her peers. A fun fact about Haley is she dabbled in improv as an adult, showcasing her outgoing and adaptable nature. She finds fulfillment in working with people who enjoy problem-solving, which aligns perfectly with Spring Automation. For those just starting their careers, Haley offers this piece of advice: “Always have a mentor, even if you must seek them out. You will spend more time at work than with your own families, so make sure you enjoy your day-to-day and build relationships with your peers.”
