Chelsey will continue leading the Spring Automation team through a new role.

Nashville, TN — Thursday, December 16, 2021 — Spring Automation is pleased to announce that Chelsey Arnold has been named President of Spring Automation. Chelsey joined the Diakonia Group of companies as a Controls Engineer for DCS in November 2016 after a successful start to her career with two material handling integrators. She transitioned into a Team Lead role when Spring Automation was formed. Since that time, Chelsey has steadily taken on more responsibilities at Spring, moving into the Director of Operations and VP of Operations roles. In the past year, Chelsey has led Spring to successfully execute projects, hire key team members to support significant growth, and clearly communicate her long-term strategic vision for Spring to Diakonia management, governance, and ownership. Most importantly, Chelsey embraces the Spring core values and sets a strong cultural tone for the company.

Chelsey holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and is originally from Atlanta, GA. She loves living in Nashville and everything it has to offer, as evidenced by the names of her two beloved dogs, Cash and Jolene!
