Scope of Work:

Our scope consisted of providing Voyager WCS that met the specific customer requirements. The requirements for this project consisted of but were not limited to, pulling label data, matching/verifying unique LPNs, conveyor controls for the labeling application, and divert control for the rejects. Our scope also included providing the customer Alarm/Fault Visualization and Proactive Monitoring of Real-Time Data. Spring Automation was required to interface with Logimax WMS, KEYENCE Scan Tunnels, and ID Technology Print & Apply Equipment.

Scope of Work:

Our scope consisted of providing Voyager WCS that met the specific customer requirements. The requirements for this project consisted of but were not limited to, scanning, routing, and diverting orders based on data from the WMS. Our scope also included providing the customer HMI graphics in Ignition for visualization. Spring Automation was required to interface with Logimax WMS, Cognex Scan Tunnels, Print & Apply Equipment, and the Pick Module.
