Successful Integration is more than just a merging of systems so that your facility runs. It is a total cohesion of your process that facilitates operations at their most productive and efficient levels. You expect low downtime, a safe work environment, and a system that operates to every detail of your standards and expectations. Spring Automation provides material handling controls, software, and installation services to end-users, integrators, and OEMs
How does Spring Automation deliver this? Our talented and experienced team of engineers and programmers understand the demands upon your business and work hard to produce software solutions to improve your bottom-line.
Whether a system is new or existing, quality PLC programming is a necessity for consistent and smooth operations. This requires creative thinking and an attention to detail. Your control system should be easy to maintain, easy to troubleshoot, and programmed for expansion in the future.
Whether monitoring normal operations or identifying a problem as soon as it arises, an intuitive HMI application is needed to maintain your process. Our team focuses on functional as well as aesthetically pleasing screens that add value to your system and make your job easier.
Our scope of work included turn-key controls engineering and electrical installation. Since part of this system included 2:1 and 3:1 merge applications, we were also responsible for singulating product through various scanners and labelers prior to an Interroll Sorter with a recirculation line. As part of this install, we also provided Ignition SCADA for the entire system. Outside of the Interroll Sorter, additional interfaces included SICK scan tunnels, Hytrol MDR, and the labeling equipment amongst others.
Our scope consisted of conveyor system loading and unloading from a Narrow Belt Sorter into Crane Aisles. For this project, Spring Automation successfully provided turn-key controls design and programming. The equipment included in this project consisted of (2) Aisle Sorters, a Palletization Sorter, and an Inbound/Outbound Sorter. Spring Automation was required to interface with MFS WCS, TGW MDR, TGW NBS, and a Cognex Dimensioner.
Our scope of work included turn-key controls engineering and electrical installation. This system included (2) Pallet Onboard Handling Systems, Inbound/Outbound Conveyance, and a Pallet Lift System. Spring Automation was required to interface with the VRC Lifts, FANUC Robotics, SEW VFD’s, and IWS WCS for this project.
Our scope of work included turn-key controls engineering and electrical installation. This project consisted of retrofitting an existing facility with a manual order-pick system in a freezer, special considerations were given to component selection considering the operating temperatures. Spring Automation was required to interface with a Rikon Spiral Conveyor, Itoh Denki MDR, and a Beijer Electronics HMI for this project.
Our scope of work included turn-key controls engineering and electrical installation. For this project, we did the initial deployment and several additions for their picking sorter. As part of this project, we were asked to assist with integrating the customers’ existing WCS to Lightning Pick. We also deployed Ignition SCADA for the entire system. Spring Automation was required to interface with TGW MDR, TGW RAT(s), Cognex Scan Tunnels, and Lightning Pick WCS for this project.
Our scope of work included the pre-build, installation, and turn-key commissioning of (64) Cognex six-sided scan tunnels across (7) sites. The project began with pre-building the tunnels in our warehouse, followed by powering up the hardware and prepping the system with initial settings. After pre-build was completed and the tunnels were shipped and received on-site, physical installation of the tunnels occurred. After install was complete, commissioning began leading to full functionality of the scan tunnels, followed by start-up support. This comprehensive approach spanned across multiple sites to deploy the scan tunnels effectively.
